USBSecure – Licensing
Licensing is per PC. A license is required for each PC to be protected with USBSecure Enterprise 6 or USBSecure OT 6. The number of users is irrelevant – except in the case of the free 5 PC license (max. 10 users).
Each license purchased includes 12 months of product support. This entitles the user to use the latest software releases and includes e-mail support for technical problems by Lugrain Software GmbH. Once the 12 months are up, you can conclude a support agreement (25% of purchase price / year).

Licensing example USBSecure Enterprise:
Your company has 420 computers, which are to be protected with USBSecure Enterprise. This means that you will require the 500 computers license for $ 1,680. The number of users working on the 420 computers is not relevant for licensing purposes.
This includes 12 months of support and updates / new versions. After that you can extend your support incl. updates / new versions for 25% of the purchase price per year. The software can still be run without a support contract. However, you are then not authorized to use newer versions. The renewal of the maintenance contract is not automatic. You will be contacted by us in due time.

Your company has 210 computers, which are to be protected with USBSecure OT. This means that you will require the 250 PC license for $ 1,949. The number of users working on the 210 computers is not relevant for licensing purposes.
This includes 12 months of support and updates / new versions. After that you can extend your support incl. updates / new versions for 25% of the purchase price per year. The software can still be run without a support contract. However, you are then not authorized to use newer versions. The renewal of the maintenance contract is not automatic. You will be contacted by us in due time.
