PingTool – Licensing

Unlimited license

If you want to monitor more than 50 objects with PingTool, you will need to purchase a paid license (subscription). Licensing is per user. A license is required for each user who uses PingTool. The user can use PingTool on any number of computers and virtual machines.

A paid license includes product support. This entitles you to use the latest software releases and includes Email support in English (or German, if desired) from Lugrain Software GmbH for technical issues. 

One-time license

You can purchase PingTool as a one-time purchase. This one-time purchase entitles you to use the version available at the time of purchase indefinitely. Starting from the date of purchase, you will receive 12 months of free email support from Lugrain Software.

Subscription license 

You can purchase PingTool as a subscription. During the term of your subscription, you can use the latest version of PingTool at any time and receive free email support from Lugrain Software.

Licensing example:
If your company has 18 users who want to use PingTool without restrictions, we recommend the 20-user license for €1,008 per year. You can cancel the license at any time at the end of the 12-month period. If you do not cancel, it will automatically renew for another year.

Personal / private use

PingTool is free for both personal and professional use if you want to monitor a maximum of 50 objects!
