Hallo everyone,
PortCheck now has well over 500,000 downloads, so it was time to set up a forum for it. PortCheck is a small free command line tool that checks whether a TCP port on a remote network device is responding or not. These are the features:
- Permanently shows whether devices are responding on certain TCP ports
- Colored display (green/red) and display of response time
- Check accessibility of one or more devices simultaneously - on one or more ports
- Complete port scan possible - on predefined or self-defined ports
- Acoustic signal (beep) when reachable or not reachable
- Permanent logging with date possible
- Can also be used for your own batch files thanks to return value (ERRORLEVEL)
- No installation necessary - portable exe file
This forum is intended to answer questions about the PortCheck tool.
