Disable version check

Hello everyone,

To disable the version check "A new PingTool version is available...", you can proceed as follows:

In the options directory under Appdata, i.e. in %localappdata%\PingTool\Options, create an empty text file named "NoVersionCheck.txt". Then the yellow message will no longer appear.

Incidentally, the new PingTool version will be released in January 2026.
