All objects remain yellow

Hello everyone,

now and then I get feedback that when you first test the PingTool, all objects remain yellow, i.e. in the “Determining” status.

Solution: This happens if the PingTool.zip is not unzipped. You can call the PingTool.exe directly from the zipped file - then this problem occurs because the PingToolHelper.exe cannot be found.

So please always unzip first!
